Ajahn Viradhammo gives instruction on the walking-sitting pattern for meditation practice. He calls it the " bread and butter and lying down" of the Thai Forest tradition. After a 30 minute sitting period he offers reflection on skillful questioning of one's craft of the sitting practice; of composing the mind; training the mind.
